'All' is fightin' words, these days!

Very surprisingly, there doesn't seem to be a section of IEC/EN60335-2
dealing with electrically-operated hot-air hand dryers. At least, I
can't find it on the public part of the IEC web site, http://www.iec.ch
It would be a TC61 publication, or from one of the SC61* sub-committees.
