Hi Andy: Ethernet is not a service offering on the public network, so JATE will not be involved. I have not ever heard of Ethernet being used on leased lines, but I suppose that if you wanted to connect to a conventional leased line you would encounter some regulatory requirements, at least for signal power. However, the limited line length of Ethernet (100 meters?) seems to make it unsuitable for use on leased lines. If your Ethernet port is a standard port for an intra-building LAN, all you should have to concern yourself with is the standard safety and EMC requirements for ITE.
