Does anyone happen to know if child safety warning labels/markings for plastic bags used as packaging are mandatory anywhere?
Such markings are not legally mandatory in the UK, although many major retailers demand them. I guess the same is true in most other markets, but I particularly want to know if there are any places where there is a legal requirement to apply such markings, and in which case what specification is required.
I'm particularly interested in EU countries but worldwide information would also be valuable.
