Page 7 gives basic guidance about TCF's and ANNEX B gives guidance on the content thereof - although you might find that Competent Bodies might require more (e.g. your ISO 9000 accreditations for the design and manufacturing operations to ensure that there is some liklihood that shipped products resemble the ones described in the file!).
