Hi all,

After I recovered from my recent excursion into the forum, I remembered that
I actually had a question.

I have been going nuts trying to find a cable assembly manufacturer that
produces serial cables with what I'll call a "Super Teenie 9 Pin D-Sub". (a
"ST9PDS")

What is a ST9PDS? It is a serial port connector that I have seen more and
more over the past six months on industrial PC motherboards ... wherever
they try to save panel space.

A typical DB9 serial connector is D-shaped and approx. 0.37" X 0.725". The
ST9PDS is also D-shaped, but its dimensions are 0.18" by 0.31"

I have a test sample that has one of these serial ports on it, and I can't
find a cable assembly to mate with it. I have called my usual cable
assembly vendors with no luck. I now throw myself at the collective wisdom
and mercy of the group. Any hints?

Thanks in advance.
