Francois,

I have previously tested to the European standard for wheelchairs, EN12184, the 
emissions section in this was the same as en55022, unfortunately I can not 
remember which class, but the emissions coming of the chairs was not that high 
and normally below the limits.  It was normally the wheel motors that caused 
the emissions.

On the Immunity side of the testing, on various chairs you could get the brakes 
to be released or the speed to alter and even stop.

Not all the manufacturers saw this as a problem!
