There are IPC standards here is one example, I am sure there are more; IPC-3710 - Acceptability of Wiring/Cable Harnesses, Electronic Cable Assemblies, Cord Sets, and Wires
I am pretty sure these documents will not accommodate EMI design. That will be left to your imagination and expertise. These IPC documents help establish commonality of procedure throughout your company to the ever developing industry standards. It is basically a way of doing something consistently in manufacturing.
