In this case, Mil-Std-185, a spec on copper alloys, has been cancelled. It may have been superseded by a Federal Standard 185A, also about copper alloys, and also cancelled. There is now an SAE-AMS-STD-185, on copper alloys. You have to buy this commercial document. (I sent Andy the SAE address.)
