I guess that one thing to keep in mind is that the PAG is exactly that...a guideline based on interpretation, it is not the standard.

I still don't think it should be a fee based service - if a standard is so unclear or incomplete that it needs clarification, ANYONE who has purchased the standard should have access to any clarifications. For my money, anytime I can get a clarification to a standard clause, and it's in writing so I know it's more than an individual's opinion, I figure it will be worth its weight in gold one day.
