The only information I have is that you need compliance to CISPR 22 and to 
IEC/EN 60950.  However, all submittals (and perhaps even test reports) have to 
be from Romanian nationals and/or distributors.    

The latest Romanian address I have is shown in the attachment from BHS (1999).
