Hi Gaby, for Latin American countries, I have not found any web site compiling information about compliance of wireless radio products. You will have to entry every regulator's web site separately. The point is that the information is in Spanish in most of them.
Anyway, let me tell you that EMC and Safety standards are not very developed in most of LA countries, except Argentina, Brazil (also included SAR requirements recently) and Mexico, but others (as Venezuela) are moving forward too.
