Dear All, I am trying to understand a little about how CATV networks operate. From what I hear, a power supply usually feeds the network with 60-90V (trapezoidal to sinusoidal) and the maximum amps running through the circuit is 10 A.
1. Is the above description of a CATV network correct? 2. Is the circuit referenced to earth or is it floating? 3. Any good sites describing CATV network operation?
