It may be helpful to say which countries you have in mind. Also, the electrical regulations of most countries are BASED on IEC60364, but there are indeed national differences. The type of grounding required depends on whether the unit is supplied with mains power or only a low voltage, and it also depends on whether it has an antenna attached (presumably it does). -- Regards, John Woodgate, OOO - Own Opinions Only.
