What are the line frequency harmonic current requirements in the U.S.?
I'm familiar with the legislation and technical limits in Europe, but
I don't know about the U.S.

I'm pretty sure there are no limitations at the residential level.
What about the small business/light industrial level? Big industrial?

Do limitations & fees come from a set schedule, or are they worked out
on a case-by-case basis?

Is IEEE-519 followed, or are there other guidelines used by the
electrical suppliers?
