The same is easily said of other products, Rick, like firearms (where there are politically motivated lawsuits in progress and also directly analogous to the tobacco lawsuits on many levels), hot coffee from MacDonalds, ad infinitum. That a product is known to be hazardous or dangerous is not particularly relevant to lawsuits of this type.
