Fellow engineers,
Is any one aware of a television receiver susceptibility standard?
I need to know what the standard S/N ratio is for a television receiver,
along with other interference factors that affect clear reception.
You may have noticed that when some VCR's are turned on when you are
watching TV, you can see floating white spots. These go away when you
disconnect the VCR. I am trying to develop a test criteria for interference
generated by a table top device, like a VCR to ensure that this interference
wont happen. In a way, its like performing an OATS test at 1 foot.
