Clause 7.1 of 60950-1 (at least in the FDIS draft circulated on Jul 6 2001) refers to a HAZARDOUS VOLTAGE SECONDARY CIRCUIT.
A definition for this type of circuit is not included in the definitions section. Can anybody help with defining this ?
