Does any one know what is required by a manufacture's EMC lab site to become "self certifying" for FCC Class A or B (IT equipment) ? Is there an "Official FCC " web site that would "explicitly state" what would be the necessary criteria/requirement to establish such a site ? (I would like something more tangible than just "word of mouth" !)
