Gregg: Is your client in the UK? If so, what's he doing with a US answering machine? Isn't it illegal to connect US equipment to the BT system?
I'm amazed that UK consumer law goes so far as to "outlaw" answering machines losing messages. Geez. Are VCRs whose clocks lose time during a brownout also illegal?
