Hello All -- I was wondering if anyone might have a recommendation for a readily-available-in-California surge tester capable of putting out a 20kA 20/50 pulse (20microsec. rise/50 microsec. fall)? I've seen online a HiLo tester from Germany -- but it doesn't seem to be available here. Thanks.
