If it could reasonably be used in a small theatre or venue with power
supplied to the site at 230/400 V, then it needs to meet
commercial/light industrial requirements.

If it is extremely probable that it would be used only in large theatres
and venues with power supplied to the site at Medium Voltage, then it
may not be necessary for it to meet EN61000-3-2 and -3 or -11 (and -12
when published) but, because of the other electronic equipment used in
close proximity, it had still better meet the other commercial/light
industrial requirements.
