I read in !emc-pstc that George S <[email protected]> wrote (in <[email protected]>) about 'IEC 512-A', on Thu, 31 Jan 2002: >Anyone know what IEC 512-A is? I saw it listed in an old power supply >requirements spec.
It's not listed in the IEC Catalogue, not even as 'withdrawn'. IEC60512 is a multi-part standard on methods of measurement for 'electromechanical components', which in this case means 'connectors and similar'. You could enquire through the IEC web site, http://www.iec.ch -- Regards, John Woodgate, OOO - Own Opinions Only. http://www.jmwa.demon.co.uk After swimming across the Hellespont, I felt like a Hero.
