Brian,

You will 100% manufacturing tests (assuming they are required) in Appendix D
of your UL Procedure   The UL Appendix is in the front of the Procedure, and
before the Section General.

(UL should have called it "Prefix" rather than "Appendix"!)

Note that the UL Procedure contains the Appendix pages (instructions to the
manufacturer and to the UL Inspector) and does not contain the product
evaluation type tests.   The UL Report has the same main content, but does
not contain the Appendix pages, and it does contain the type tests performed
on the product.

Thus, the UL Report is the engineering evaluation and tests, and the UL
Procedure is for the manufacturer and the field inspector.
