The following is the Commission Search Engine for obtaining documents
published in the OJ:
http://europa.eu.int/eur-lex/en/search/search_oj.html
Enter the publication year and OJ details etc., in the relevant boxes, and
then choose to obtain the document by FTP or get it emailed to you.
Either way you will get a confirmation email within about 20 minutes and you
will generally find that the document is a TIFF image (not PDF) of the OJ
pages in question - complete with all the illustrations and tables etc.
