No, get those pesky arrows the right way round! >16A and <75A. The open end of the arrow points to the BIGGER value. I tried to persuade my esteemed colleague who is the Convener of the relevant IEC WG to replace all the arrows by 'less than' or 'greater than', but I'm afraid that old habits die hard.
