Hi all, When abnormal tests are performed against clause 5.3 of IEC 60950 3rd ed, do we have to measured the SELV voltage to be sure they are in the limits as defined in case of first default. I never seen reports where it's done, but I've performed tests where these voltage were outside the SELV values.
What is your opinion on this matter ?
