Brian, First part of UL3101-1, The Standard for Electrical Equipment for Laboratory Use, has the Deviations Section. Paragraph F.4.3. states: "Flame ratings of UL94V-0, V-1, V-2 are equivalent to the designations of IEC 707 FV0, FV1, and FV2, respectively."
