Only one I can help with is Puerto Rico. It is currently a Protectorate of the USA, debating if it shall become a full State or not. So I would treat it the same as any US state, applying all applicable Federal regulations and ensuring you meet there interpretations of the NEC with a suitable NRTL mark. From what Puerto Rico wiring practices I have seen, I think any main steam NRTL mark will have you covered.
