Lisa, If you go to www.semi.org and use thier site search function with key word "F47" I think you will find the latest revision of F47 is from february of 2000.
Also, searching on the international standards page of the same site you will probably find no recent activities in the document. A call to semi standards staff may also get you some relevant information.
