Is there a location where I may be able to download an English language version of Korea's RF spectrum allocation scheme (sometimes called a band-plan)? This would likely be similar to the USA FCC R&R, Part 2. I believe that I may have found the information I need at: http://www.mic.go.kr/eng/jsp/res/res_100_01.jsp which is the Radio Waves Act. Unfortunately, I can only find Hangul versions of this information.
