Hi Rob, In Europe is mainly Y configuration with the common point connected to the NULL and NULL is connected to the earth in defined locations. Thus, we have 220V between each phase and NULL or 220*sqrt(3)=380V between two phases.
Thanks, Dorin [email protected] wrote: > What three-phase voltages are commonly available in Europe? Is 230 VAC > three-phase readily available? Hi Rob,
In Europe is mainly Y configuration with the common point connected to the
NULL and NULL is connected to the earth in defined locations. Thus, we have
220V between each phase and NULL or 220*sqrt(3)=380V between two phases.
Thanks,
Dorin
