As I understand it, the OJ is definitive (but as we have seen, not necessarily free from errors and omissions!). http://europa.eu.int/comm/enterprise/ne approach/standardization/harmstds/whatsnew.html does list C310, but also has several other, older, entries for the Medical Devices directive. http://europa.eu.int/comm/enterprise/ne approach/standardization/harmstds/reflist/meddevic.html carries the following disclaimer: "The information contained in the summary list is a compilation of the references of standards which have been published in the Official Journal of the European Communities. It does not have any legal validity; only publication in the Official Journal produces legal affect.
