Dear All, Most boards are UL rated 105deg C and 130 deg C. These ratings may be based on a generic temperature index based on the laminate generic temperature index rating, also assigned by UL.
I would like to find out the overall conecensus rating of a board that is using FR4 laminate material and of a specific thickness (thickness should mak a difference when assigning a temperature index).
