Good people of PSTC My boss is not happy with the multitude of safety, and other compliance-related test data report forms that I must supply to various safety agencies, NCBs, NRTLs, etc.
The most "universal" form seems to be the CB scheme TRF. But even these do not provide for all certifying body data requirements. The amount of forms and/or required data has doubled in the previous (3) years. Has your corporate compliance lab experienced similar paper "requirements creep"? Would it be possible for the safety & EMC WGs, or whatever, to get together and produce a "harmonized" TRF that everyone would be happy to accept? R/S, Brian O'Connell Taiyo Yuden (USA), Inc.
