However, there have also recently been a number of legitimate (on-topic) messages of grossly excessive length, usually due to either attachments or very verbose HTML. You and colleagues have posted guidelines and messages without managing to stop this, which is very annoying and inconvenient to those on a chargeable dial-up connection.
