Cheng-Wee;
On-line standards are available for "pay per viewing" at
<http://www.ihs.com/> http://www.ihs.com/. At one point, they offered a
"2-Week Free Trial Offer"... They target large corporations, for corporate
packages.

A sister organization http://global.ihs.com/ is available for online purchases
of standards.

I have found the IHS online service to be great, and feel that this trend
needs to be support... Certainly it creates new challenges for the standards
development industry.

My last company subscribed to BSI http://bsonline.techindex.co.uk/ which
allowed all employees to view most IEC, ISO, CENELEC standards. It worked very
well. I don't think that it would be cheap though.

All,

I know this might be a very stupid question to ask, but is there a place where
I can pay a flat subscription fee and able to read all these new standard
(e.g. all these IEC, EN, ISO, ANSI, UL, AU/NZ etc), so I don't need to worry
about collecting all the up to date standard.

Cause by the time I get the whole set, I find myself ready to redo the
collecting cycle again because there are new edition coming.
