Does anyone know the format and the status of the surveillance bodies which were supposed to be places by the member states and by the EU for enforcement of the RTTE directive. What happens when an RTTE non compliant product is placed on the market? Does anyone care? (For example an RTTE product which is declared under the LVD and the EMC only.
