Hi, do you know if is it any homologation process involve in order to sell in Italy? The product does not have any telecomm ( phone/DSL ) interfaces, but it should be installed in Central Office type environment. Should DoC and Environmental testing (ETSI 300 019) be enough? Is any protocol testing involved? Where can I find any official information? We have been requested to provide certificate of homologation of the products from Ministry of Communications.
