Hello Donald,

I assume you are more interested in the City of San Bernadino rather than
the county. However, based on your message I cannot tell if you are stating
that the City of San Bernadino requires NRTL listing or not. If they do,
and they do not have a localized testing service like the City of Los
Angeles, you may be out of luck to get the product(s) in question accepted
by the city unless you go directly to an NRTL and have them test your product.

The other alternative is to withdraw the product and not sell it in that
jurisdiction until you get it listed with an NRTL. Expect this to come
again within the United States. Your company needs to decide whether it is
worthwhile to get the product listed with an NRTL to avoid this problem in
the future with other jurisdictions in the US.

Best regards,
Ron Wellman
