Can anyone provide me with guidance on how to import unfinished goods to the US. The product is a Telco attached digital device so FCC Parts 15 and 68 apply. The plan is to import the product with out any labeling. Before the product is shipped to the customer it will be programmed with a customized SW load with the desired feature set and then labeled to identify its configuration which will also bear the FCC markings. I'm trying to identify what kind of documentation is required by customs to allow entry.
