document, which states the certification number needs not to be in the warning
label?

Sylvia,

You don't need put CERTIFICATE NUMBER in Taiwan BSMI Class A statement. The
Certificate Number only required to be included as part of BSMI Mark. 

Before, BSMI issues different number for different product. However, the new
policy is changed. BSMI issues Grantee Code to Auth Dealer or Company as FCC.
Please check the new policy before you apply BSMI for your product.
