Dear Group I'm being asked to confirm on a customer tender document whether we comply with IEC215.
Looking at the Official Journal this standard is no longer valid for declaring compliance with the LVD. Our equipment meets the relevant safety requirements of EN60950 for electrical safety and EN50383 for SAR. Is IEC215 a standard for broadcast equipment? - could anyone confirm its scope for me.
