Dear all, Can anyone tell me the correct way of doing this things ? Q1.Normally for product safety agency file,is the customer or the local safety agency should send the file to the manufacturer ? Q2.Or it is the manufacturer's responsibility to get the product safety agency file from the customer / local safety agency rep ? Your replies to this question is much appreciated. Regards, Alice
