While I doubt there are any offices that use -60 as a standard, the standard 48 +/- 8 VDC gets you pretty close. I think most of the new smaller offices use -24 +/- 4 as a standard. Our company avoided stocking two supplies by designing a supply with a -18 to 70V VDC input range.
