CISPR 16-1 and C63.2. I seem to recall seeing a bandwidth mask in CISPR 16 which specified both width and slope of the filter attenuation in three ranges, from 0 to 3 dB down, 3 to 6 dB down and 6 db to (I think) 40 or 50 dB down.
