CDNs are not that difficult to make yourself. I made several types using
tinned copper sheet for the case - it is easy to cut, bend and solder. The
standard gives you the dimensions and component values, just use normal RF
techniques such as keeping lead lengths to a minimum.

Hi All,

Can anyone tell me if any part of section 4 of this standard only applies to
broadcast receivers only? I have a device that accepts a coaxial input only,
and I'm not sure all of section 4 applies. There are no ports to the outside
world either for your reference.

Also, I was wondering if the Type AC coupling unit called out in Annex C of
EN55020 existed on the secondary market anywhere. Anyone know where I can get
one of these?

Kind Regards,
