Nafti I had the same issue within the last few weeks - and got a battery pack made by a Cell Pack Solutions http://www.cellpacksolutions.com in the UK. They only charged (no pun intended) about a quarter of the price Schaffner wanted, but they did have some difficulty getting the cells which are half AA size. They may do international sales.
