Sorry folks, another question. I have an instrument that can operate off 50 Hz or 60 Hz, but needs a step down transformer to be used on 230 volts. So, when performing all the testing, I should have the "typical" transformer in place? The manufacturer has one available for purchase with the EUT. For surge, EFT, and Conducted emissions I should test at the input to the step down transformer. Anyone disagree? Cheers,
