We have an ITE product that includes a 2.45 GHz spread spectrum, low power, radio LAN card. For Australia, I understand that compliance with the following is necessary and sufficient:
* Compliance with the technical requirements of ACA "Radiocommunications Class Licence (Spread Spectrum Devices)". * Compliance with the technical requirements of ACA "Radiocommunications (Electromagnetic Radiation - Human Exposure) Standard 2001". * Compliance with the technical requirements of the EMC regulations including C-tick marking and the Declaration of Conformity. I understand there are no other licensing, marking or declaration requirements. Is this correct?
