Robert, sorry this is so late but I was out last week. A three-element series RLC SPICE model for your antenna is: 36 ohms, 2.13 pF, 63 nH. Here is how it compares to a NEC model of a 6.5 inch long, #12 AWG wire, over perfect ground:

If you need a better model I think I can develop a better one that incorporates a transmission line.
